Getting to the root

I don't start with screens. I start with questions. What's actually broken? Where has the team been solving the wrong problem? Through research and pattern-finding, I get underneath feature requests to the real constraint.

Experience & Craft

Sometimes quietly removing friction, adding clarity, letting the product disappear. And sometimes loudly through delight, material quality, and storytelling that makes things memorable.

Through continuous learning, collaboration, and strong business context, I make sure products are built to scale, evolve, and stay coherent over time; technically, visually, and conceptually.
